Pay per qualified meeting, pay one flat monthly fee, or pay once and own the infrastructure outright.
We charge for outcomes, not activity. Every engagement starts with a clear definition of what a qualified meeting looks like for your business - before we start.

What counts as a qualified meeting?
A meeting is only qualified when both are true: the prospect matches your defined ICP criteria, and your team explicitly confirms after the call that it was a good-fit lead. ICP match alone is not enough - we don't assume, and we don't self-certify. No explicit confirmation means it isn't counted.
FAQ
Both managed plans include a dedicated SDR managing your account end-to-end, ICP definition and hand-built verified target lists, campaign and sequence setup, copywriting and A/B testing, reply handling and qualification, meeting booking on your calendar, dedicated sending infrastructure, and full TAM outreach. System Install is different - see its own FAQ entries below for what that one-time build includes instead.
Pay Per Qualified Call if you're testing outbound for the first time or want to validate the channel before committing to a flat fee. Growth Retainer if you already have a validated offer and product-market fit and want predictable, flat-fee pipeline on email. System Install if you'd rather own your outbound infrastructure outright and never pay an ongoing agency retainer.
Every campaign runs on dedicated sending domains, separate from your primary domain. Domain registration, mailbox setup, and a 21-day warmup sequence are covered by the $500/month fee on the Pay Per Qualified Call plan, and included free on the Growth Retainer. On System Install, the full infrastructure build is part of the one-time $10,000 fee - there's no separate monthly infrastructure cost since there's no ongoing retainer.
Pricing depends on your ICP and deal size - sourcing and qualifying a verified enterprise decision-maker costs more than a smaller-company contact. We set your exact per-meeting price upfront based on your ICP before any campaign starts, so there's no ambiguity once we're live.
We contact your entire qualified Total Addressable Market - every company and contact that matches your defined ICP - not a capped or sampled list. How large that is, and how fast we work through it, depends on your ICP's specificity and market size, which we size with you before starting.
The Growth Retainer is a flat fee for full-TAM effort, not a fixed meeting count. Meeting volume depends on how large your addressable market is and how well your offer converts - we'll size realistic expectations with you before you start, based on your ICP.
If your own team takes over inbound reply monitoring, qualification, and objection handling, you get 30% off the Growth Retainer. We still own list building, campaign setup, copywriting, and sending infrastructure either way. It's only available on the Growth Retainer - the Pay Per Qualified Call plan's per-meeting price already assumes we handle replies end-to-end, and System Install doesn't include ongoing reply handling to begin with.
LinkedIn outreach - connection requests, DM sequences, and (on the Growth Retainer) content - is available for +$800/month on top of either the Pay Per Qualified Call or Growth Retainer plan. It isn't available on System Install, since ongoing LinkedIn outreach requires active management that a one-time build doesn't cover.
Yes. The Growth Retainer can be paused with 14 days' notice. Pay Per Qualified Call engagements have no ongoing commitment to pause - you simply stop new campaigns whenever you want. System Install has no ongoing engagement to pause - it's a one-time build.
The Growth Retainer has an initial 3-month minimum, since campaigns need time to ramp - list building, domain warmup, and sequence testing happen in month one. The Pay Per Qualified Call plan has no minimum term, and System Install is a one-time fee with no ongoing term at all.
You own the infrastructure, the sending stack, and the documentation outright - there's no ongoing fee to us. Your team runs it from there. We're on hand during handover and initial setup, but we're not managing the campaigns for you long-term the way we do on the two managed plans.
You do, and it takes both conditions - not one. A meeting counts only when it matches your defined ICP criteria and your team explicitly confirms after the call that it was a good-fit lead. We never assume qualification from ICP match alone, and we don't self-certify our own results.
